該項(xiàng)目坐落于成都市錦江區(qū)東大路環(huán)球匯天譽(yù)，位于市中心二環(huán)內(nèi)，緊鄰城市主干道及二環(huán)BRT快速公交，其周邊匯集商業(yè)，公寓，住宅，超甲級(jí)寫字樓，潮流商街于一體的高端商業(yè)綜合體。極具高端商務(wù)品質(zhì)，服務(wù)于當(dāng)今市場新青年及高端客戶群體。打造獨(dú)立精英社區(qū) 結(jié)合周邊商區(qū)、寫字樓、旅游資源等分布情況實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)客群定位。

此次項(xiàng)目屬于分散式服務(wù)公寓，共兩種戶型?？腿憾ㄎ恢饕獮闊o房青年、旅游出行者等，也就是分為長租和短租兩種形式。就建筑內(nèi)部本身來說優(yōu)點(diǎn)主要是采光好、通風(fēng)好。當(dāng)然缺點(diǎn)也比較常見、明顯，和大多數(shù)商業(yè)公寓布局一樣空間單一狹小、無燃?xì)?、帶護(hù)欄等。
The project is a decentralized service apartment with two house types. The positioning of customer groups mainly includes young people without houses and tourists, which is divided into two forms: long-term rent and short-term rent. As for the interior of the building itself, the main advantages are good lighting and ventilation. Of course, the disadvantages are also common and obvious. Like most commercial apartments, the space is single and narrow, without gas, with guardrails, etc.
我們將本項(xiàng)目兩個(gè)戶型分為了三種風(fēng)格、五種布局形式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
We divide the two house types of the project into three styles and five layout forms for design.
黑色搭配磚紅色為主導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)代室內(nèi)風(fēng)格，設(shè)計(jì)靈感來源于美劇“了不起的麥瑟爾夫人”中女主角的磚紅色大衣，時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)界將這一顏色稱之為獨(dú)立的紅色“麥瑟爾紅”。我們也將這一風(fēng)格運(yùn)用在了面積為52㎡的兩居室內(nèi)。年輕高雅經(jīng)典的設(shè)計(jì)，尋找著精致與舒適間的平衡。
The modern interior style dominated by black and brick red is inspired by the brick red coat of the heroine in the American drama "the great lady mather". The fashion design industry calls this color independent red "mather red". We also applied this style to a two bedroom room with an area of 52 ㎡. Young, elegant and classic design, looking for a balance between refinement and comfort.

第一套方案整個(gè)客廳以黑色為主背景墻，搭配“麥瑟爾紅”背漆玻璃為主材的廚房，隨著低調(diào)又跳躍的色彩，成為熱愛生活的范本。古典與現(xiàn)代的碰撞，守得了靜謐己心，亦觸得到繁華。長沙發(fā)倚墻靠窗，以簡單的塊面彰顯優(yōu)雅格調(diào)，注重點(diǎn)線面及細(xì)節(jié)處理，精致的軟裝設(shè)計(jì)，呈現(xiàn)一種感官上的時(shí)尚感。

第二套方案一花一畫一座椅，色調(diào)的層次遞進(jìn)，既保證視覺上的美感，又能間接地劃分區(qū)域?；壹t色質(zhì)感的廚房，一展現(xiàn)代優(yōu)雅格調(diào)；呈環(huán)形動(dòng)線走向，充分利用了整體空間。立體直落的線條，營造高低錯(cuò)落的空間美。陽光傾瀉而入，是生活，亦是享受。
In the second scheme, one flower, one painting and one seat, the tone level is progressive, which can not only ensure the visual beauty, but also indirectly divide the area. The kitchen with greyish red texture shows a modern and elegant style; It is in a circular moving line trend, making full use of the overall space. 主臥同樣以“阿瑪尼灰”與“麥瑟爾紅”表達(dá)，加之材質(zhì)及燈光制造溫暖，柔和干燥的純棉床單，軟糯的毛毯，還有精致獨(dú)特的臺(tái)燈，是裝飾對(duì)空間情緒外化的影響。時(shí)髦?jǐn)[件、摩登飾品，氣質(zhì)優(yōu)雅且高級(jí)，悉數(shù)精致美好。寬敞通透的空間，休憩心靈，撫慰一切，承載一切。

窗外自然景致，溫婉愜意；陽光慵懶浸入，生活的節(jié)奏被減緩放慢，浮躁的內(nèi)心也逐漸歸于平靜。我們將這樣原木色為主色調(diào)的風(fēng)格運(yùn)用在了面積為32㎡的一居室內(nèi)。

The interior space dominated by log color always gives people a relaxed and comfortable feeling. The gentle and delicate wood finish, the cool and strong background wall cloth, and the collision of two different materials produce the visual tension of conflict and harmony. 效果圖制作過程中模擬了清晨與傍晚兩種時(shí)段室內(nèi)的采光情況。純白的床單，橫向筆直的背景墻，豐富空間的立體感與層次感，色彩以各種掛畫的形式介入，讓原本色調(diào)單一的原木色空間，多了更多的元素與內(nèi)容，更有精致的弧形邊頂?shù)蹴旤c(diǎn)綴，在細(xì)節(jié)之中凸顯質(zhì)感。

山本耀司曾說過：“黑色擁有謙虛與傲慢兩種特質(zhì)，是慵懶隨性卻神秘莫測的，是一種最有態(tài)度的顏色。”然而黑白灰是色彩中最經(jīng)典最時(shí)尚最沉穩(wěn)最永恒的搭配。我們將這一色彩搭配運(yùn)用在了另一套一居室內(nèi)。黑色傳遞生活態(tài)度，行色匆匆是外面世界的節(jié)奏，在這深色空間內(nèi)把時(shí)間和空間都留給自己，獲得從空間到心間的安靜。

化繁為簡的過程中，過道沒有刻意地做過多造型，白色墻體的純凈呼應(yīng)對(duì)側(cè)墻面半高的木質(zhì)圍合營造的質(zhì)感氣息并形成對(duì)比，再以柵格線條帶動(dòng)視覺活潑感。

The combined table cabinet is beautiful and practical, which turns the invisible design into the warmth of temperature. Black and white, as the exquisite focus of space, create a dream of time passing and looking back on the past. It also seems to show the essence of life, which is complex and colorful, as well as calm and leisure.
